Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing fianc JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy and go-lucky father. Many people recognize my username as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my journey - from the highs and lows. At the age of 1 1/2 years old, my family and I came to America. If not for the hard work of my parents, I may not have been here to share the journey with you. Being aware of the possibility to have a brighter future, I aimed to make them proud and had tunnel vision when it came to success. My goal was to study in order to finish my studies and secure an employment that was good. And then I wanted an empathetic wife and children. I believed that this was the ultimate definition of success. life had other plans to demonstrate what it meant to be successful. In 2013, I discovered that I didn't like going to work in my job as a corporate employee. Money and status did not excite me. I believed that I was just wasting my time in exchange for an income. When I started to take steps to a new path in life I discovered the importance of personal training and that's the career path I was looking for. I'm a sucker for exercise, enjoy being in the company of people and am eager to help people. My business started in 2014 and I'm celebrating seven years of growth in 2021. Being an Asian female in this industry there are very many of us. I strive to be a positive influencer in the industry to provide the best coaching and guidance to help individuals to be healthier and happier individual by developing a sustainable lifestyle cater to their individual goals and needs. Furthermore, I try to inspire others to pursue their goals and dreams so that they can achieve what they wish to do. When my work began to take off, I experienced the most devastating loss in my life to date- the passing of my mom. To be in Heaven she rests now following an eight-year fight against Scleroderma. However, I carry her with me and think of her daily. There is a lot we can learn from life, even though it may be difficult to see it now. The loss of my mother changed me so much and I believe she gave me a second chance at life. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. Now it was time for her to move on to the next chapter of her life and my chance to live one that was meaningful and enjoyable. In the 30's I am more alive than I ever have. It is true that I am living my life now, and not just surviving like I was in the past. My life is shared with my readers so that I am able to be able to share my stories and thoughts. This will help you know you're not alone. You're capable of getting anything you'd like and more. Therapy is necessary as is regular. Health is the best asset. I pray that you live your life fully and that your death be without regrets, as that's the only thing that we have to be confident about during this lifetime.
